The latest (and last) Ohio Newspaper Poll, sponsored by the state's major daily papers, is out today and I believe it is very positive for Obama's hopes in the state.
The poll shows Obama with a 49-46 lead. Granted, that is not as large as the lead shown by some other polling in the state, but in context, this is a good result.

First off, this poll traditionally skews as pretty conservative.
Secondly, this is the third in a series of polls. The first poll came out a month ago, and showed McCain up 48-42 (at a time when other polls were showing Obama with a lead). The second poll came out two weeks ago, and still had McCain with a one-point lead.
So the trend line with this poll is in line with what other polls are showing -- Obama is increasing his advantage in Ohio. He's looking very strong down the stretch in Ohio, and this is really bad news for McCain.
Forget about Pennsylvania, if McCain loses Ohio, it's going to be a very early election night for all involved in 2008.
